French Profiteroles

The etymology of profiteroles is little rolls of dough in ashes (baked, that is). Basically, they are cream puffs with chocolate sauce, and you can use sweetened whipped cream or ice cream inside. Here is a great recipe from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa, for your Valentine’s Day dessert:
