A Wholesome Winter Salad

The combination of endive or frisee, pear or apple, Roquefort or bleu d’Auvergne, and walnuts or pecans is winter crispness on a plate. Just make a vinaigrette (see my post “A Simple Vinaigrette”), add the chopped items, and toss.

Truc (Tip): You can leave out parts of the whole, like the nuts.
