Mint Tea

Pick a bunch of mint, stems and all, and infuse in boiling water, along with some green tea (for Moroccan mint tea), or not, for about five minutes. Pour into individual cups or glasses, garnished with fresh mint, and sweeten immediately. Sugar is best, but you can use honey or sugar-free sweetener. You can also dissolve the sweetener of choice in a pitcher while the tea is hot (to taste), and then refrigerate to chill for an even more refreshing drink. Either way, this is an invigorating pick-me-up at any time of day or night…
