We were recently served raspberry gazpacho in a tall glass at Jean-Georges (see my post “Jean-Georges”). It was savory and refreshing with just the right mix of sweetness and acidity. Mark Bittman provides several tasty alternative gazpacho recipes to try in his most recent article:
