April in Paris 

  

Spring has sprung in Paris! Asparagus is new on the menu, and these from Les Enfants Rouges (see my post “Les Enfants Rouges”) are delicious. With a cassis mustard vinaigrette, garlic mayonnaise, and watercress, they make you feel refreshed.

  1. Ah I miss salads in Paris. I could never find another country wherewith as many variation of the spring and summer salad. Will definitely get one over my next trip back. Thanks for reminding me of how great this country is 😉
